Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs is a lively and spontaneous champagne, marked by frank citrus notes and floral flavors.

This champagne is ideal as an aperitif: it offers a soft and velvety finish which gives additional richness to this champagne. It goes particularly well with a sea bass carpaccio.

Its dress is a pale gold color. On the nose, we discover notes of elderberry, acacia, honeysuckle and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is a champagne full of liveliness, carried by a beautiful minerality. We discover citrus notes and great aromatic richness.
